How long will it take for my pictures to be ready?
There is a 2 – 4 week processing time for all orders. This is due to various reasons such as editing the images, to create an order, and shipping time. This allows me to spend a sufficient amount of time on each photo and your order. Print orders may take longer on holidays or if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
Why don't you offer all the images taken to select from?
I believe in quality rather than quanitity. While editing your images I select the best images from your session and edit those. I edit blemishes, bags under eyes, etc. I also spend time enhancing the features that characterize you such as eyes, hair, skin, etc. If I were to offer 100 images, it would take me weeks to detail each photo, or I would be rushing through to the point of almost not editing at all.
Do you offer the raw images on a CD?
At this time I do not, the images I provide on a CD are JPG type.
How will you know which photos I want to order?
Once I am finished editing your images, I will upload photos to an online album. You will select your prints from here.
What days/times can you do sessions?
I make every attempt to accomondate the times you prefer. Please keep in mind I do have a full time job and have a family. I do very little sessions on Sundays.
Why is there a watermark on my images?
All photos that are uploaded to Facebook have a watermark on it. This is for both mine and your protection as images posted online may be stolen. You may tag anyone in Facebook images and use as your profile picture. Please do not crop out my watermark, alter the images, or print from Facebook.
The watermark is NOT ON YOUR CD OF PHOTOS or on print products that you order from me. All photographs are copyrighted to me.
How long do you save my images? What if later I would like more prints?
You can purchase a CD during any session that you can utilize to print. You can also contact me for additional images to determine if the images are still available.
I have a friend with a beautiful lake, can we schedule a session there?
Yes. We can schedule your sessions at any location of your choice that would be considered a private spot not public. Sessions on location may have additional charges.
